- Setup days are charged at the same rate as event days.

- Basic equipment usage is included in the base fee (exceptions apply).
- Cancellation Policy: 100% of the venue fee will be charged upon booking cancellation, regardless of the date.
Important Notes
- Events violating public order and morals are prohibited.
- Use may be refused or halted if there is a risk of damage to the facility.
- Activities violating Yokohama City ordinances are prohibited.
- Permission will be revoked if submitted documents contain false information.
- Payment must be received via bank transfer prior to the event date.
- Failure to follow management instructions may result in refusal of use.
- Please restore the venue to its original state after the event.
